Get ready to experience a day of wellness and connection like no other at Canberra's Big Gay Yoga Day! This event is designed for the LGBTIQ+ community, allies, friends, and family. It offers a beautiful blend of Yoga, Meditation, Breathwork, and Sound Healing to nourish your body, mind, and soul.
Led by four talented and experienced queer wellness facilitators, this event is all about fostering inspiration, connection, and community spirit right here in Canberra on Sunday 15 Febuary 2025.
You'll enjoy a delicious vegan lunch catered by local queer legends Rosalie's, along with mouthwatering baked treats from the beloved Sweet Bones Bakery & Cafe.
Start your day with gentle yoga led by the inspiring Andreas Anthony from Andreas Embodiment, helping you feel warmed up and invigorated. Then, dive into Qigong and Vocal Embodiment exercise with the talented Minh Thanh Van of Van Music Studios, who you may know as the fabulous Canberran drag queen Xenon Revolution.
These practices will connect you deeply to your heart and the powerful voice of the community.
After lunch, Joshua Alexander from Transition Breath will guide you through a transformative breathwork session, fostering a sense of unity and peace.
Finally, Hayden Crosweller, a yoga teacher, meditation expert, and psychic medium, will lead you into bliss with a restorative sound bath, guided meditation, and reiki healing.
$5 from every ticket sold will be donated to Minus18, a charity supporting queer youth, so don't miss this incredible opportunity to connect, heal, and celebrate your authentic self with a vibrant and supportive community. 🌈
