Our She Leads Diploma of Leadership and Management (BSB50420) builds on a traditional Diploma of Leadership and Management by:

• acknowledging and addressing the perspectives, challenges and opportunities for women and non-binary people in leadership
• challenging and reframing the concept of leadership
• including a feminist and intersectional diversity focus
• recognising and celebrating all levels of leadership
• emphasising self-exploration and development
• having facilitators who are experts in their field
• including five panels of three diverse women and non-binary leaders.
