Immerse yourself in Only Everything at The Canberra Theatre

This autobiographical narrative, inspired by its creators’ true stories, delves deep into the emotional landscape of two souls seeking connection amidst the trials of their personal histories

The story follows Tori, a talented musician navigating the challenges of online dating while dealing with her ex-husband’s constant disruptions, and Aaron, a charismatic divorcé navigating the challenges of raising adult children and finding love anew. As their paths intertwine through chance encounters and shared experiences, both Tori and Aaron must confront their past heartbreaks and insecurities to embrace the possibility of a future together.

Adding to the chaos are Tori’s older-and-wiser sister Emma, who encourages her to embrace life after divorce, and Aaron’s well-meaning but outrageously inappropriate best friend Simon, who tries to help Aaron navigate the world of online dating with disastrous (and hilarious) results. As they navigate the ups and downs of parenting, budding romance, and the challenges of blending families, they discover that sometimes, finding “only everything” means letting go of the past and embracing the unknown.

Directed by 2023 Standing Ovation Award winner Rachel Thornton, Only Everything features a powerful new score, passionately brought to life by the on-stage band, led by the award-winning Nicholas Griffin (Best Music Director, 2020 BroadwayWorld Awards for The Life Of Us). The production stars Shell Abdoo as Tori, Berin Denham as Aaron, Louiza Blomfield as Emma, and David Pearson as Simon.

Reserve your tickets for Only Everything, and experience a narrative that will stir your soul, reminding us that love can emerge in the most unexpected places.
