WORKSHOP | Textile Transformations: Queer Threads | Henry Shawcross

Wear your values, express your identity. Join us with Artist Henry Shawcross in transforming scraps of fabric into a symbol of queer pride with textile collage. In this workshop breathe new life into discarded textiles and learn accessible stitching techniques to design and create your own pride patch or badge. Use the materials provided or reuse discarded fabric from home.

Inspired by the historical significance of textiles in LGBT history, be lead through design and construction by Henry’s expertise, and come away with a powerful new accessory.
