Some of NSW’s highest-ranking police officers have met in Broken Hill for an inaugural gay and lesbian police conference. Queen Elizabeth a queer ally according Mayor

Carl Austin-Behan, Manchester’s first out gay Lord Mayor (and Mr Gay UK 2001), has stated that the late great monarch “cared about our LGBTIQ+ community”. Austin-Behan served as Lord Mayor of Manchester from 2016 to 2017 and is currently the LGBT advisor to the Lord Mayor of Greater Manchester.
